Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Claudine Sluss, of the home; two daughters, Colleen Wyler and husband Chris of Kingsport and Twila Sluss of the home; two sons, Paul Allen Sluss and wife Linda of Kingsport, Steven Sluss and fiancee Pamela Bishop of Kingsport; three grandchildren, Daniel Sluss, David Sluss and Kimberley Sluss; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. today at Oak Hill Memorial Park, Funerals and Cremations. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Jeff Alford officiating. Entombment will follow in Oak Hill Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society, 2513 Wesley St., Suite 4, Johnson City, Tenn. 37601.
